Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Child and adolescent psychiatry or pediatric psychiatry is a branch of psychiatry that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental disorders in children, adolescents, and their families. It investigates the biopsychosocial factors that influence the development and course of these psychiatric disorders and treatment responses to various interventions

Adult Psychiatry
We provide full psychiatric and psychotherapy services to individuals 18 and older; including evaluation, medication, individual therapy, and group therapy.

Counseling
Our counseling service provides a confidential, safe and dependable environment to explore difficult feelings as well as create insights and deeper understanding of the problems an individual is facing.

Drug Abuse Treatment
Our treatment system for substance use disorders is comprised of multiple service components, including the following:
Individual and group counseling, Inpatient and residential treatment, Intensive outpatient treatment, Partial hospital programs, Case or care management, Medication Recovery support services, 12-Step fellowship, Peer supports and Hard Reduction for Injecting drug Users.

Workplace Mental Health
A negative working environment may lead to physical and mental health problems, harmful use of substances or alcohol, absenteeism and lost productivity. Workplaces that promote mental health and support people with mental disorders are more likely to reduce absenteeism, increase productivity.

School Based Mental Health
Mentally healthy children are more successful I In school and life. Good mental health is critical to children's success in school and life. Research demonstrates that students who receive social–emotional and mental health support achieve better academically.

Security, First Response & Armed Forces Mental Health
Mental health care for service men is a comprehensive psychosocial services that includes  support for families, and comprehensive reintegration and return-to-work programs.

Internally Displaced Persons Mental Health
People who have been internally displaced as a result of violence have one of the highest risk for mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depersonalization, derealization etc.

HIV/AIDS Mental Health
​We have the capacity to work specifically with persons with HIV. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy with the philosophy that healing the mind can aid in healing the body.

Telepsychiatry
The majority of people with mental health problems do not receive treatment because mental health personnel are in gross short supply.We have addressed this need through the use of video-based telepsychiatry (skype and whatsapp video).

Public Mental Health
At Melville we have concerned ourselves with mental health issues. Our goal is to work with those practicing public health as well as private, public agencies, and NGOs in creating awareness, eliminating health disparities, improving mental healthcare services, suicide prevention and stigma. 

Research and Innovation
Descriptive, analytical, interventional, policy-oriented researches to address disparity, inequity, inequality, and burden on a particular measure of health among underserved communities and vulnerable groups including internally-displaced persons (IDPs), physically challenged, children, pregnant women, elderly, law enforcement officers, prisoners etc. in urban and rural Nigeria
